1. Refunds for Subscription Services

Bellwether offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial charge.

2. Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Refund request must be submitted within 14 days of initial charge
• You have used fewer than 5 live signals (valid trading signals only)
• Your subscription has not renewed or been charged again
• The refund period has not already expired

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@commas.com with:

• Your account email address
• Order or invoice number
• Reason for the refund request

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval and will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

• Subscriptions used beyond 14 days from initial charge
• Subscriptions with 5 or more signal interactions
• Multiple refund requests for the same billing period
• Charges incurred after cancellation (if cancellation was not properly processed)

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. No refund will be issued for the current billing period, but you will not be charged again after cancellation.

6. Payment Issues

If your payment fails and your account enters a grace period, you may update your payment method in the billing portal. If payment is not restored within the grace period, your access will be downgraded to the free plan.
